Traffic Text Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using or registering for the Traffic Information Services. By using the site you are agreeing to our terms. You must obtain our permission in writing if you wish to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, use or copy anything from this site. In general, you may reproduce these pages for the purpose of browsing them, or providing hypertext links to them.

The data on the site is made available for personal and non-commercial use. iTraffic at its sole discretion reserves the right to monitor usage of this site and withdraw access to any user or IP address that it believes to be in breach of this condition.

The traffic information service ("the Service") is provided by iTraffic, Unit 9 , Churchtown Business Park, Dublin 14.

Charges and Delivery (Traffic Text Premium SMS)
iTraffic has signed up to the Regtel Code of Practice for the delivery of Premium SMS services. iTraffic is the Service Provider of the Traffic Txt service on 53526/53JAM. Each traffic text is event billed at 60c (inc VAT) per text received.

Copyright in the content of all information provided to you belongs to iTraffic. All rights are reserved. No material may be recorded, stored in a retrieval system, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission of iTraffic.

Disclaimer
iTraffic will not be liable to you if you are unable to access or use the Service due to the failure of any machine, system or transmission link, any period of essential maintenance, critical change, repairs, alteration to or failure of computer or communication systems, any industrial dispute or anything beyond our reasonable control or that of our agents or subcontractors.

We may at any time and without prior notice withdraw all or any part of the Service. We shall be under no liability to you whatsoever in the event that the Service or part thereof is withdrawn.

All claims in relation to the use of this Service including any information provided to you for any loss of profits, inconvenience, economic loss, loss of business and loss of goodwill (in all these cases whether direct or indirect) together with any claims for indirect or consequential loss or damage are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law and Jurisdiction
The Service and this agreement is subject to the laws of Ireland and in the case of a dispute the Irleand Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
